A level religious studies is not commonly tutored but Daresne found someone excellent. Tutor has a theology degree and is brilliant at helping daughter engage with philosophical arguments properly. Marks went from Ds to As. Predicted a high grade for the final exams.
Daughter very talented at performing but really struggling with music theory and harmony elements of A level music. Tutor is a professional musician who has taught A level before. Sessions have transformed her understanding. She is now performing well on all components.
We went through two tutors before finding one that worked for my son in maths. Both previous ones were fine but just did not click with him personally. Daughter is in the top set for science but wanted to push for top grades. Tutor has been brilliant at stretching her thinking beyond what she needs for the exam. She now approaches questions with much more depth and confidence. On track for all 9s which was the ambition.
