Son doing Leaving Cert chemistry and needed a tutor familiar with the Irish curriculum specifically. Daresne found someone really well versed in the Leaving Cert specification and past paper style. Progress has been excellent and we are confident going into the exams.

Daughter doing triple science and struggling across all three. Started with biology first and then added chemistry and physics once we saw the improvement. All three grades have gone up by one or two grades. Tutors have been brilliant and sessions well structured.
Son is strong on the philosophy of religion paper but kept dropping marks on the ethics paper. His tutor worked through the ethical theories and how to apply them to real issues in a way that actually stuck. Marks on the ethics paper went from Ds to Bs. School is pleased.
Son has always been a reluctant writer and English was his weakest subject. Tutor has been really good at making essay writing feel less daunting. He now has a proper structure he uses and his marks have improved a lot. School teacher commented on the improvement without knowing he had a tutor.

My daughter was terrified of the GCSE Spanish speaking component. Would freeze up completely in practice. Her tutor just kept drilling it in every session until it felt routine. She sat the actual speaking exam and came out saying it felt fine. Predicted an 8.
