Daughter got an 8 in maths and a 7 in chemistry. Both higher than predicted. Had Daresne tutors for both subjects from February. Tutors were excellent and progress was consistent throughout. Grade has improved and we are happy with that. Will definitely use for A levels.
Two years with Daresne for GCSE maths. Son got a 7. Worth every session.
The actual tutoring once we found the right tutor was good and son has improved in maths. We had to try two tutors before finding one that really clicked with him which took about six weeks. The process could be quicker. Having said that the final tutor was excellent and the progress has been real.

Daughter has been with Daresne for 4 months and has gone up a grade in maths. Tutor is patient and thorough. Only slight issue is occasionally tutor is a few minutes late starting which is a bit annoying when you have paid for a full hour. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning.
Leaving Cert maths was the one subject we were worried about. She passed. Merry Christmas to us.
